Strong and refined fundamental skills are the key to successful players and teams. We believe in building a strong foundation in shooting, dribbling, passing, boxing out, defense and team concepts. Fundamentals Academy hopes this team will play together for many years, so we have long-term goals for development in terms of individual skills and team play. Additionally, this team will play against older teams to challenge our players to the highest degree and help them learn maturity on the basketball court quickly. Our experienced and elite coaches guarantee that players will improve throughout the course of the season.

We are looking for players who are motivated to improve and develop savvy fundamentals. We want team players who recognize they are part of a larger unit working towards a common goal. A desire to hustle, work hard and think positively will be integral to your success on this team. Constant improvement, as opposed to winning, will be the most important goal of the season.

AAU is a competitive travel league that promotes youth sports and sportsmanship. Spring season will last from April 1st to June 1st, 2017. Practices will be twice a week at the River School. We will compete in four weekend tournaments between April and June.

Total cost for the season is $650. Price includes elite coaching and basketball training, gym time, weekend tournaments, and uniforms.
