1-on-1 Athletic Training Sessions empower athletes to realize their greatest potential. Whether your child wants to be the best player on the team and play at the collegiate level, or simply learn the fundamentals to enjoy the natural fun of sports, we have the correct approach.  


All players are mentored by our coaches and every lesson is designed specifically to each student. Our experienced coaches, who excel in motivation, use creative developmental drills to improve physical and mental endurance, creating a well rounded player and major team contributor.

We offer 1-on-1 Athletic Training in Basketball, Lacrosse, Yoga, Baseball, Tennis, Soccer, Football & Swimming. Regardless of the sport, our goal is to promote the Fundamentals. All of our lessons are designed to improve conditioning, skill development and the mental approach to successfully Master the Fundamentals and Discover the Athlete.
